This Privacy Policy helps you understand whether and how we collect information about you when you visit our website (the “Site”), and how we use such information. Your visit to the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. By accessing this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy for any reason, please do not use this Site. This Privacy Policy may be updated by us at any time and will be effective upon posting. We urge you to review this Privacy Policy each time you visit the Site. Your continued use of the Site shall constitute your acceptance of this Privacy Policy as modified.   This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices concerning any non-public personal information we collect from our investors; we address those practices in separate notices sent to our investors or potential investors.

However, we may collect personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us by contacting us directly, for example via email. We may keep such information for an unlimited period of time.

Aggregate Information: In addition to any information you provide to us, we may collect information about you through technological means. We generally record certain usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site. This information may include the websites that you access immediately before and after your visit to the Site, the Internet browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. The Site may also use other technical methods to track and analyze the traffic patterns on the Site, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the Site. These technical methods may involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to another party authorized by us to collect information on our behalf. If we use such data at all, it will be on an aggregate basis to help us maintain the Site. We will not use this information to identify individuals, except for site security and law enforcement purposes.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files that are stored in your computer's memory and hard drive when you visit certain websites. You are not required to accept cookies to use the Site, and you are always free to decline cookies if your browser permits. We use Google Analytics to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages users visit, and what other sites they visited prior to or after coming to the Site. More information on how Google Analytics uses your data can be found at We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the Site. By using the Site with your browser set to accepting cookies, you consent to our and Google Analytics’ use of cookies on the Site.

Disclosure of Your Information: We may share your non-personally identifiable information with others, such as investors, for informational or promotional purposes. Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not personally identify you, including anonymous information and aggregate data. Under limited circumstances, we may use or disclose your personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information when we believe that such disclosures are required by law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, document request or governmental request, or when we otherwise believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate in connection with any activity that violates the law (including relating to intellectual property, fraud, contracts and privacy) or may expose us to liability. We may also do so to enforce our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, protect your safety or security or that of our websites or databases, or the tangible or intangible property that belongs to us or to third parties. By using this Site, you authorize us to disclose any of your information under such circumstances. Peloton may share your information with its affiliates and, as appropriate, service providers to this website. Peloton has the right to share your information with a successor to its business or assets, to the extent lawfully permissible. If such merger or transfer results in a material change in the use of your information, you will receive notice, and we will request that the new entity follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy or notify you of any changes to it.

The security of your information is important to us. You should be aware, however, that perfect security does not exist on the Internet, and there is always the risk that unauthorized persons may access or use your information. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the disclosure of your information. You use our Site and send us such information at your own risk.

Do Not Track Signals

Peloton does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the Do Not Track signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
