What Information We Collect and How We Use and Disclose It

When you enter and browse the Site, we may collect two different types of information about you: information you provide to us, and information we collect through technology.

Information You Choose to Provide to Us:  We may collect personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us by contacting us directly, for example via email. We may retain such information  as permitted by law.

Aggregate Information: In addition to any information you provide to us, we may collect information about you through technological means. For example, we generally record certain usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site[, which we may do by collecting your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, commonly associated with the portal through which you enter the Internet]. This information may also include the websites that you access immediately before and after your visit to the Site, and the Internet browser you are using. The Site may also use other technical methods to track and analyze the traffic patterns on the Site, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the Site. These technical methods may involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to another party authorized by us to collect information on our behalf. If we use such data at all, it will be on an aggregate basis to help us improve and maintain the Site and for any other purpose to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will not use this information to identify individuals, except for site security and law enforcement purposes.

By using the Site with your browser set to accepting cookies, you consent to our and Google Analytics’ use of cookies on the Site.

Disclosure of Your Information:

We may share your non-personally identifiable information with others, such as investors, for informational or promotional purposes. Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not personally identify you, including anonymous information and aggregate data.

We may use or disclose certain personally identifiable information we collect about you when you visit and browse the Site as part of our normal business operations, or to send you administrative communications either about your interactions with us or about features of the Site, including any future changes to this Privacy Policy. We may also use service providers to facilitate our services or platform functions on our behalf. These companies and individuals may have access to your personally identifiable information as needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for another purpose.  We may use or disclose your personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information when we believe that such disclosures are required by law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, document request or governmental request, or when we otherwise believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate in connection with any activity that violates the law (including relating to intellectual property, fraud, contracts and privacy) or may expose us to liability. We may also do so to enforce our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, protect your safety or security or that of our websites or databases, or the tangible or intangible property that belongs to us or to third parties.

Peloton may transfer your information to a successor to or acquirer of its business or assets. If such merger or transfer results in a material change in the use of your information, we will request that the new entity follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy or notify you of any changes to it.

By using this Site, you authorize us to use and disclose any of your information under such circumstances, however, we reserve the right to use any personally identifiable information in any manner permitted by law.

We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the disclosure of your information. You use our Site and send us such information at your own risk.

Do Not Track Signals

Peloton does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the Do Not Track signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
