Carlos is a Founding Partner at Peloton Equity and co-founded Ferrer Freeman & Company (FFC), Peloton's predecessor firm, in 1995. Before FFC, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he established its healthcare investment banking group.

Carlos currently serves on the board of Arcadia Solutions. Throughout his career at Peloton and FFC, he has held board positions for 22 healthcare companies, including several industry leaders.

Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
