Keith is a Partner, Portfolio Value Creation.  Keith brings over 25 years of experience working with high-growth healthcare companies across various sectors and stages of development. In his current role, Keith concentrates on driving operational and organizational excellence within Peloton’s portfolio companies and selectively serves as an Advisor or Board Member. He is also part of the diligence team for select investment opportunities.

Most recently, Keith served as CFO of Fox Rehab, a healthcare services company, where he supported Fox’s expansion from 22 to 35 states through de novo and tuck-in acquisitions. Before that, he was the CFO of Ernest Health, a former FFC portfolio company, where he contributed to its growth from founding to its sale to One Equity Partners in 2018.

From 1998 to 2010, Keith was a Partner at FFC, where he served on the boards of several companies, including Amerita, Drive Medical, Ernest Health, K2M, and Preferred Care Partners. Since 2019, Keith also served as an Operating Partner for Peloton II, further enhancing his expertise in portfolio value creation.

Keith currently serves on the board of ClearSky Health.
